Experience no forced dispatch and approved home-time commitments. CRL works to honor home time that has been properly requested, approved, and scheduled, with advance scheduling encouraged approximately one month ahead and opportunities to request a 34-hour reset at home.

Backed by approximately 36-plus years of combined commercial-driving experience across our training leadership, our comprehensive program covers CRL culture and expectations, defensive driving, Hours-of-Service planning, pre-trip and post-trip inspections, cargo awareness and securement, customer-site professionalism, communication with dispatch, trip planning, weather decisions, equipment care, documentation, and lifelong career growth. We welcome graduate drivers; please note that hiring is not guaranteed and all applicants are evaluated under current hiring, insurance, safety, and qualification standards.
